Baked chicken thighs and broccoli

Super easy recipe for lazy Keto Dinners!
Ingredients
  • Broccoli (buy it pre-cut or do it yourself! Organic is ideal)
  • Chicken thighs (Ultra cheap, but buy organic if you can.)
  • Olive oil. (Or melted coconut oil or butter, whatever sounds good)
  • Spices (I used Magic Seasoning Blends by Chef Paul Prudhomme)
Instructions
  1. Warm up oven to 400-425 degrees F. (220 C)
  2. Take out a big pan and line it with foil. The pan should have sides so the oils don't drip down and cause a fire. Take the chicken out and sprinkle spices on each side. Put aside.
  3. Grab another similar pan, same deal with foil. Open your bag and drop the now spice and oil covered broccoli on the pan. Stick 'em both in the oven. Set a timer for 20 minutes. At 20 mins, flip the chicken and stir up the broccoli and throw them in for another 20 mins. Then sit and relax.
  4. If you have meat thermometer, bake until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F! Make sure the chicken juice runs clear when cut and has no pink bits left over.
