Hey everyone, Yossif here. Just wanted to let people know that I blog because I want to help people.

However, blogging is certainly not free. I’ve spent at least 400$ since I started this blog back in 2013, and it’s growing from there.

This page is to let you know that certain links within the blog posts may contain data that will help me out when you buy things. I use Affiliate programs, such as Amazon Affiliates, in order to make a little extra money on the side. (Emphasis on little…) I will only suggest things that I’ve either tried myself or things that I believe can help out you fine folks.

If you want to help me out, just use the Amazon links throughout the site. Whenever you buy something from Amazon, I get a tiny cut. It’s a win/win! Just click one of my links leading to Amazon.com and complete an order within an hour. Because Amazon likes happy customers, they’ll give a little bit to the person who sent them there (aka me).

As much as I hate ads, I need to use them to keep the site running. If you don’t like any of the ads or if you find them very inappropriate, drop me a line and let me know.

I also occasionally get free stuff from companies. I’ll give you my honest opinion about these products and won’t lie to you. Free stuff is great, but I’m NOT going to mislead my fans for the sake of free crap! You guys are too important to me, I’m always going to maintain my integrity. I want you to lose weight and get healthy, not buy a bunch of crap you don’t need!

Donations

If you’re really liking the blog and want to help out directly, donate either bitcoins (What is Bitcoin?) or via Paypal and help buy me a coffee! (Don’t worry, no personal information will be collected.)

Warning: I am not a doctor or registered dietitian. I am a formally trained jack-of-alltrades
scientist who loves to research health and nutrition. I do not claim to cure
any cause, condition or disease. The opinions stated in this book are simply the
results of my ongoing scientific investigations and personal experimentations. This
information has not been evaluated by the FTC, FDA or any other government
agency and that this information is not intended to “diagnose, treat, cure or prevent
any disease.” There is no one single cause of obesity and everyone has different
lifestyles and genetics. In some cases, weight loss or gain can have underlying
medical causes, so I advise you to also seek the knowledge of an experienced
doctor or nutritionist for a more complete picture.
What is considered “healthy” or “unhealthy” is largely a matter of opinion, and it
changes from person to person and from decade to decade. However, no two
people are the same and what works for one person may not work for another. I
urge to you to keep an open mind and consider that you may have been misled on
some facts. If you don’t believe anything I say, don’t take my word for it, try it
yourself. I completely changed my life just by doing my own research and testing
out theories on myself. It’s up to you to do the same. I can only show you the doors,
you have to walk through them!
DIETARY WARNING: While I believe the low carb/ketogenic diet is very healthy for
the majority of people, it does have some dangers for people who have been eating
a high carb diet for most of their lives. Please make sure you read about the
possible dangers before attempting to use these diets. These eating techniques can
be dangerous if not followed properly.
Type 1 diabetics should not attempt to use the ketogenic diet as it can be life
threatening.
