Health secrets are the simple answers that many people don’t want you to know. The truth is that you can achieve good health without spending a ton of money or putting in a ton of effort.
Health secrets are simple?
In the coming months, I will be providing blog posts, tweets, and (hopefully) podcasts/videos that will hopefully get people to think about how they can get angry at the system and change their health. This schyt pisses me off so much because it’s so simple but no one seems to get it! Anyone who is out to get your money (and knows how to bullshyt people) won’t tell you this one simple truth:
Most “impossible health secrets” are actually pretty easy and cheap to achieve, you just need willpower and knowledge.
Most people don’t have either, but they can be learned and used by anyone.
It’s that simple, folks. I’m living proof. I’ve learned about health secrets and I want to share them with everyone.
There’s many paths to your goals but they’re riddled with traps along the way that ensnare your time/money/effort. This is the most simple list I can make. There is no one size fits all plan for everyone, but if you have a goal, I can show you the way. For the newbie, this will be mostly jargon, but I will fill in details as I go along. Stick with me, it works.

Here’s a quick summary:
Are you able-bodied and want to lose weight?
Use intermittent fasting, Leangains protocol preferred. Lift heavy weights, eat more protein, cut down on carbohydrates (except after good workout), eat roughly under 2000 cal a day. Use cheat days to keep from going insane. Get more sleep. Eat real whole food. The only supplements you need is Fish Oil and a good multivitamin.
Severely obese and can’t workout?
Start “reprogramming” your system. Go Paleo and cut out grains and processed junk food. It will “flush out” the various unnatural chemical deposits around your body that keep you from losing weight. As you get that crap out of your system, try using the Ketogenic diet to help calibrate your metabolism. It’ll help you force your body to burn fat like it’s supposed to. It’ll also kill your sugars cravings. Simple walking is all you need for exercise. I’m serious. No special pills or expensive equipment/gyms/trainers needed. You’ll be amazed how easily the pounds drop when you just make small changes to a crap diet. Do one thing at a time or risk burnout. Steps, not leaps.
Want to get big and strong?
Intermittent fasting + BCAA’s + heavy compound lifting + Carb backloading will make you a monster. “Reverse pyramid training” ala Leangains is my preferred method. You can combine these with the previous suggestions and you’ll actually lose fat while building muscle. Get lots of rest, eat real food and sleep. You don’t need expensive supplements or shakes or bars. Stick with real food. My favorite BCAA is Scivation Xtend Intra-Workout Catalyst BCAA, especially the watermelon flavor. For added lifting abilities, add some creatine. Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder is a decent one.
Want to be full of energy?
Knock it off with energy drinks and excessive caffeine. Instead, you need to reprogram your body to burn fat instead of sugar. That’s what it’s meant to do. Fasting and a decent diet plus adequate sleep means no more crashing. No more constant eating Chugging overpriced sugary energy drinks. Pounding a monster drink gets you into a vicious cycle of excess energy then a sugar crash. I usually don’t eat a thing until 4 pm-ish almost everyday and I rarely get hungry or feel lethargic. It’s called “fat-adaption” and most people can’t do it on a typical American diet and 3 square meals a day. Learn to use the energy built into your body naturally for free. Energy drink makers really don’t want you to know these simple health secrets.
Want mental clarity?
Follow the previous examples but get your nutrients from real whole food. Consider some delicious fermented food for higher nutrient bio-availability. People have been eating it for centuries. Those little guys make a world of difference in how well your brain works. There’s a reason the gut is slowly being recognized as a secondary brain. There’s a lot of neurotransmitters and receptors in the stomach. Your body needs proper fuel and it needs the means to properly break it down. Simple home-made cultured kefir, sauerkraut, and kombucha can lift that brain fog and make it easier to concentrate and deal with stress. If you have a healthy gut, it’ll make life a lot easier.
Want to not be sick all the time?
Get your diet and exercise and sleep in gear and it will make your immune system actually worth a damn. You’re surrounded by nasty stuff 24/7, might as well get strong using good bacteria/flora to fight the bad stuff. Your immune system is a muscle. If you don’t work it out and keep it in shape, you’re going to get sick a lot. Eventually you may get really sick and possibly die from something that a decent immune system could have saved you from. And no, you don’t need to spend a bunch of money on probiotics in a bottle. You can make better quality stuff at home. The probiotic quality of home-made cultured foods are 10,000x times better than anything you buy in a bottle.
Want to get off medications and (potentially) treat a chronic illness like type 2 diabetes?
You’d be surprised how many people are sick almost purely from what they put in their mouths over the years. I firmly believe that most modern diseases are caused by schyt nutrition! Your body naturally heals and rebuilds itself. It has been honed through billions of years of trial and error, you have ancient knowledge locked away. You just need to learn how to use it! Diabetes is the body’s way of telling you SOMETHING IS WRONG.
Needless to say this is a gross oversimplification of complicated health topics. This is stuff I know from research, experience, and experimentation. I intend to explain everything in great detail as I keep writing. My point is you can Google all the terms I’ve mentioned in this summary and figure it out for yourself, but I would not suggest it. It took me years to figure this all out and there’s a lot of conflicting information out there. Human health and wellness is like a giant interconnected spider web, it’s up to you to understand each strand and how they connect to each other! These “health secrets” are bunk, you just need to learn the basics! I’ll help you out.
